Littles Aerial Adventure | Ages 4-7

Let your little ones soar, tumble, and balance in this playful and energetic class designed just for kids! Our Aerial Yoga Adventure introduces children to the wonders of aerial yoga, blending it with fun aero-yoga techniques and basic tumbling skills.
Kids will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination as they swing, hang, and flip in our soft aerial hammocks. They'll also explore teamwork and balance through partner acrobatics and safe, beginner-level tumbling exercises.
This class is perfect for sparking creativity, building confidence, and burning energy in a safe, supportive, and imaginative environment. No prior experience needed - Just a sense of adventure!
